Our wash plans are simple, flexible monthly memberships. Your card on file will be automatically billed each month—usually on the same date you originally signed up.
You’re in control of your membership. You can cancel anytime by letting us know at least five (5) days before your next billing date. We’re unable to offer refunds for late cancellations, mid-month cancellations, or unused time within a billing cycle.
If a payment doesn’t go through, your membership may be paused or canceled until the issue is resolved.
From time to time, membership pricing may change. If it does, we’ll continue working to deliver the best value possible.
Each membership is tied to one vehicle. If you're using License Plate Recognition (LPR), be sure to use the same vehicle and license plate you signed up with.
For safety, all vehicles must meet our wash guidelines. While signing up gets you started, it doesn’t guarantee eligibility. In rare cases, we may need to pause or cancel a membership due to safety concerns or misuse.
We’re always improving—so we may update or adjust our membership program from time to time.
Occasionally, locations may close due to weather, holidays, or maintenance to keep everything running smoothly and safely.
By sharing your email or phone number, you agree to receive important account updates, along with occasional service and promotional messages from Due North.
Memberships require a valid credit or debit card—cash and gift cards can’t be used for recurring billing. You can sign up at any Due North location, and manage or reactivate your membership either in person or through our online portal.

Family memberships are designed for households, with up to three (3) vehicles per household on the same card.
