Terms & Conditions

All unlimited wash plans are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the same day of the month as the enrollment date.

Unlimited Plan membership is an automatic recharge program that will remain in effect until you cancel it at least five days before your monthly billing date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than five days before renewal, mid-month cancellations, or billing cycles with no wash usage. Due North may terminate the plan at any time if the charge is declined in the credit card processing system.

The monthly rate may increase without individual member notification from Due North. Unlimited passes are good for one vehicle only, and when using License Plate Recognition (LPR), the same car and license plate used during signup must be used for the unlimited pass.

Vehicle must meet Due North safety guidelines. Enrollment does not guarantee that these guidelines have been satisfied. Due North reserves the right to terminate unlimited accounts at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.

Due North reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the membership at any time.

Due North reserves the right to close locations due to inclement weather, holidays, equipment maintenance, and upgrades.

By providing your email or phone number, you agree to allow Due North to contact you to help manage your account and provide you with important updates regarding services and promotions.

Cash or Due North gift cards cannot be accepted for automatic recharge plans. Program activation is available only through Due North location(s). Reactivation can be done onsite at Due North or through the Portal.

Enrollment into the Due North Unlimited Membership is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Family memberships must all be in the same household, limited to 3 vehicles per household, all on the same credit/debit card.
